About you:

  • High data entry skills. Exposure to Xero accounting package will be an advantage.
  • You will need to be energetic, organised and articulate, have a neat and tidy appearance.
  • An all-round good human.
  • Someone who cracks on and gets the job done.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Duties would include Reception/ answering phone calls.
  • Data Entry and general administration duties including filing.
  • Working as part of a team and helping out where required.
  • Stationery / kitchen / office amenity orders.
  • Assist onboarding new staff.
  • Providing administrative support to the office & HR.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with colleagues and external providers.
