Avidsys Group announces successful acquisition of RCR Tomlinson assets.
AvidSys Group successfully completes acquisition of assets previously held by RCR Tomlinson, namely the RCR Resources, RCR Power and RCR Water West business units and now combined under one business name of AVID Resources.
AVID Resources will continue to be led by Andy Griffin and supported by existing senior management team of Ashleigh Williams, Kevin Arnold and Justin Frost.
With over 165 employees, AVID Resources is a multi-disciplinary business providing market-leading construction and maintenance for metals & minerals projects; end-to-end electrical, instrumentation and control solutions; and extensive design, civil, mechanical and electrical experience across water treatment plants & waste water treatment facilities.

Avidsys acquires rest of RCR Tomlinson’s WA business.
Avidsys acquires remaining parts of RCR’s WA operations: RCR Resources, RCR Power and RCR Water West from McGrathNicol. The acquisition of these businesses secures the jobs and entitlements of 150 employees.
The RCR’s water business services about 30 contracts for the Water Corporation. This transaction represents a strategic extension of our global strategy to provide vertically integrated end-to-end businesses as part of Avidsys group.

AvidSys Group announced today that AvidSys Infotec has signed binding agreement to acquire exclusive Asia license for HearMeOut app, a voice based social networking app with an investment of approx. Rs 20 crore.
HearMeOut (HMO) already has commercial deal with Ford in which the app is part of Ford vehicles infotainment system in India, U.S and U.K.
HMO is dubbed as the “voice twitter” in the Australian media and is a revolutionary audio social media platform that transforms the way people engage with and consume social media.

Remsafe’s remote isolation technology have been well received in Canada with a new contract being awarded by major mining company.

AvidSys Group announced today that its metal & manufacturing division have signed a binding agreement to acquire atleast 50% interest in top-tier Indian merchant coke producer. The major shareholding interest is a key step in AvidSys Group’s plan to create an end-to-end enterprise from raw materials to end user of steel.
Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to occur in the next quarter of 2018.
