ANURAG KUSHWAHA
Group Chairman – Sanrachna AvidSys
Anurag is a renowned architect who have brought Sanrachna Group to the forefront in Indian construction industry. With over 30 years experience in infrastructure development, he has been honoured with many construction and business awards in India.
Anurag’s leadership is the driving force behind the infrastructure development in Indian state of Uttar Pradesh which is now been expanded into other Indian states. He is a also a regular face in the Indian media.
He leads the board of over dozen businesses in construction industry and is also president of the state ‘s prestigious architects association.
ANSH GAUTAM
AvidSys Group founding Director & Chairman – Australia
Ansh is a metallurgical engineer with a higher degree in engineering management from Melbourne. He currently acts as board member on many successful companies in Australia and India.
Ansh has practised in various fields in resources and manufacturing industry – mining investments and offtakes, operations, management consulting across Australia, Russia, India, Kazakhstan and U.S with more than 18 years industry experience with companies like Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, KazZinc, OneSteel, Mercedes-Benz and more.
Ansh possesses strong entrepreneurial, leadership and management abilities. He has held senior operational, technical and commercial roles within the resources sectors showing exceptional versatility and understanding across a range of disciplines.
MONIKA SHARMA
Group Director
Monika is a practicing architect from IIT, Roorkee and a MBA who have supported AvidSys and Sanrachana Group’s growth over the years. With over 22 years experience in design and project management, she has received many awards in building design in India.
Monika’s leadership in technical design and management have created a new era in Indian infrastructure. She also acts as board member on many businesses in construction and consulting industry.
JACK SATO
Group Director – Strategy
Jack is an economist by education and 30+ years of business experience, he has managed multi billion dollars business in world major mining and trading firms. Before joining Rio Tinto in 1995, Jack had M&A, JV establishment and management with commodity trading with Mitsui &Co Ltd, a Japanese global trading house.
As Managing Director of supply chain, Infrastructure of Rio Tinto and Robe River Iron Ore, Jack was instrumental in bringing Rio Tinto Iron Ore to develop as Australia’s biggest Iron Ore producer.
Jack spent the last 2 years as Chief Operating Officer of Oyu Tolgoi, Mongolia (a Rio Tinto managed, one of world’s biggest Copper and Gold mine) before joining AvidSys in mid 2015.
DAVID CHATTO
Head of Delivery, Remsafe
David has over 25 years experience in the Mining Industry, specifically in bulk commodities Coal and Iron Ore. He has occupied a diverse set of roles during his career providing him with experience in leadership and hands-on management of maintenance, mining and processing operations. This includes five years as Site Senior Executive (SSE) for BHP Coal Mine accountable for statutory obligations as per the Queensland Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
David leads the REMSAFE team in successfully delivering Remote Isolation Systems, ongoing customer requirement and technical analysis to clients including BHP Iron Ore, Rio Tinto Iron Ore, Fortescue Metals Group, Anglo American and Bengalla Mining Company among others.
David is passionate about safety in mining industry and is an avid advocate of productivity initiatives to drive an improvement culture.
